1. Our 90-day guarantee
Every Vinyls is covered by a 90-day guarantee against manufacturing defects. If the box, speaker, light, or a blank disc stops working properly through normal use in that window, we will repair, replace, or refund it.
2. Change-of-mind returns
If you simply change your mind, you can return an unused Vinyls in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. Please write to us first so we can share the return address.
3. Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid.
4. Custom photo-printed discs
Because photo-printed discs are made to order for you, they can be refunded or replaced only if they arrive faulty or misprinted through our error. They cannot be returned for change of mind.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once we approve a refund it is usually processed within 5 to 7 business days, and your bank may take a little longer to show it.
6. Cancelling a pre-order
You can cancel a standard pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships. Once a custom order has entered production it can no longer be cancelled.
