1. About these terms

2. The product

Vinyls sells a magnetic music box and a set of blank mini discs. The product is sold blank and customizable. You load your own audio files, and where offered, you provide your own images or artwork for the discs. The box, discs, light, and rotation are the product; the music and artwork are yours.

3. Your content and your responsibility

You are solely responsible for any audio, photos, or artwork you load onto the device or ask us to print. By placing a custom order you confirm that you own the rights to that content, or have permission to use it, for personal use. You agree not to supply, and not to ask us to reproduce, copyrighted songs, album or movie artwork, logos, characters, or trademarks that you do not have the right to use. We may refuse or cancel any custom request that appears to infringe someone else's rights.

4. Pricing, pre-orders and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and, unless stated otherwise, are the amounts payable at checkout. Pre-orders are fulfilled from a limited production batch, and any timelines we quote are good-faith estimates rather than guarantees. We may correct obvious pricing or description errors, including after an order is placed, and will contact you if we do. Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card details.

5. Orders and cancellation

You may cancel a standard pre-order before it is dispatched for a full refund, as described in our Refund Policy. Custom photo-printed items may become non-cancellable once production has started, and we will make this clear before you order.

6. Intellectual property

The Vinyls name, logo, site design, text, and original artwork are owned by us and may not be copied or used without permission. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to use it only to fulfil your order.

7. Warranty and guarantee

Every order is covered by our 90-day guarantee, set out in the Refund Policy. We also stand behind the product against manufacturing defects for [warranty period] from delivery. This does not cover damage from misuse, drops, or normal wear.

8. Limitation of liability
