1. Where we ship

We ship to addresses across India. If you are outside India and would like a Vinyls, email us and we will let you know whether we can arrange it.

2. Processing time

In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Pre-orders and custom photo-printed orders ship from a scheduled batch, and the expected window is shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.

3. Delivery time and cost

Standard delivery within India is free and typically takes 2 to 4 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote pin codes may take a little longer.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

5. Delays

Occasionally a courier, weather event, or festival rush can slow delivery. If your order is taking longer than expected, write to us and we will chase it with the courier.

6. Wrong address or failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or delivery could not be completed, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
